Introduction

Welcome to Spire Fit Training. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including any A2P messages received through SMS services.

Use of Service

The services provided by Spire Fit Training are intended for personal fitness training and related content. Any misuse or unauthorized use of the service is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

Users may need to register for an account to access certain features. Accurate and complete information is required for account creation.

Communications

By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from Spire Fit Training. These messages may include updates, promotional offers, and other service-related notifications. You can opt out of these communications at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode. After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message to verify your opt-out request, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt-in again.

SMS Messaging Program

By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Spire Fit Training related to class schedules, promotions, and updates on services. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the service. You may receive up to 20 messages per month if you have booked appointments.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode. After sending "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message to acknowledge your unsubscribe request. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may opt-in again through our website or by sending an initial message to our shortcode.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages sent to or from Spire Fit Training. As always, message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency and Costs

You may receive up to 20 messages per month if you have booked appointments as part of our SMS messaging program. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. For more information, please contact your wireless provider.

User Conduct

Users must not use the service for any unlawful purpose. Respect for other users and adherence to all applicable laws is mandatory.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Spire Fit Training and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Spire Fit Training will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spire Fit Training operates.

Group Fitness Class Registration and Cancellation Policy

Group Fitness Class Registration Policy

All members must register for group fitness classes. Registration can be done through the SpireFit website or by contacting Spire Fitness at 610-348-1118. There is no guarantee of class space if you do not register.

Group Fitness Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 12 hours before a class's starting time. Unlimited class members will be charged $20 for late cancellations or no-shows; class-pack members forfeit one class session. New clients will be allowed leniency for missed classes. In case of an emergency within the 12-hour window, please contact the studio as soon as possible.

Accounts without a credit card or with a declined card will show a negative balance, which must be settled upon the next visit. If you are ill and unable to attend a scheduled class, inform us immediately to avoid the cancellation fee. A 72-hour absence post-notification is required for health reasons.

Pay per session/Drop In/Group Packages not canceled before the 12-hour window or in case of a no-show will result in a forfeit of the reserved class.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in our services and group fitness classes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We thank you for your cooperation and commitment to a respectful and accommodating environment at Spire Fit Training.
